Water Treatment & Filtration

To prevent the build-up of lime scale and permanent damage to your coffee or water machine we strongly advise the fitting of a Water Filter. Changing your Water Filter regularly not only ensures your beverages taste their best every time but also ensures your equipment will last longer.

We supply a Bypass Water Filter Head and visit your site regularly to change your Water Filter. You don’t need to worry about remembering when your Water Filter is due for its change; we will do that for you! We’ll get in contact a few weeks before it’s due to give you the heads up.

We have our own service team of engineers that provide Installation, Repairs, Servicing and Maintenance to both new and existing customers on the following equipment: Coffee Machines, Coffee Grinders, Water Coolers, Water Boilers and more. Our service team has over 40 years of engineering knowledge and experience in all brands of coffee and water equipment. Our aim is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying your coffee!

Front End Service

Traditional Espresso Coffee Machine

We advise Front End Servicing of your equipment every 6 months on a busy site to ensure your machine is performing to the highest standard.

A Front End Service consists of the following:

Replace Group Head Seals/ Gaskets

Replace Group Head Shower Plates

Back flushing / cleaning of the Group Head

Adjust Grinder / reset drinks settings if required

Recalibrate drink settings if required

Our Engineers will offer advice on the condition of your machine – any part replacements that we recommend outside of the above Service will be chargeable.

Full Safety Valve Service (Annual)

Traditional Espresso Coffee Machine

We advise a Full Safety Valve Service to be carried out every 12 months to fully check over your machine and ensure it is performing to the highest standard.

A Full Safety Valve Service consists of the following:

Replace Certified Safety Valve

Replace Anti-Vacuum Valve

Replace Group Head Seals/ Gaskets

Replace Group Head Shower Plates

Back flushing / cleaning of the Group Head

Adjust Grinder / reset drinks settings if required

Recalibrate drink settings if required

Our Engineers will offer advice on the condition of your machine – any part replacements that we recommend outside of the above Service will be chargeable.

Full Descale Service with optional Loan Machine

We recommend a Full Descale Service for any machine never serviced, or left some time between services.

We always recommended a Full Descale Service for second hand or older equipment.

This Service is performed off site and can take up to 10 working days to complete - we can provide a Loan Machine

for you to use while we complete your Service (cost applies). A Full Descale Service consists of the following:
