CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by belaircoffee.co.uk to you:


1    OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to Belair Coffee Service to buy the product(s) in your order.  When you place an order to purchase a product we will dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of order, Monday to Friday.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of your payment from Barclaycard, our payment gateway.


2     RETURNS


If you are an individual buying for yourself rather than for a business you have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase unless you have already received the goods.

If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned once the goods have been returned to us at the address below at your own expense.(these requirements ensure you comply with EU regulations).

If we send you the incorrect item we will collect at our expense and re-supply the correct item .

We will credit faulty goods once they have been returned to us and tested.


3    PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT where applicable.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will be credited for those products or they can be sent as a to follow item with your acceptance. Please note that delivery estimates are just that.  They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
